Wanna explore Antwerp without having to stare at your Google Maps? In our Student Guide Antwerp you can find seven fantastic walking trails through all seven different Antwerp neighbourhoods. Look at Borgerhout differently or walk through Zurenborg and Berchem with wandering eyes. Pop by GATE15 and grab a Student Guide.

The Student Guide is an annual publication. The Dutch edition appears at the start of the summer holiday, the English version is available as from mid-August. Check with GATE15 for the precise date you can pick up your brand new copy. You can always find the guide at the info desk at GATE15 and in bar_TAKEOFF. Feel free to grab your free sample there. In addition, you can also find the guide in displays at central points on the Antwerp campuses, libraries, culture houses…

The Student Guide is distributed democratically: every student can get their copy for free. And all roads lead to GATE15, where you can always pick up your guide! That’s why it doesn’t make sense when your landlord, student club, commercial partner… is ordering extra copies.

The editorial team of GATE15 operates fully independently: even the fixed staff of GATE15 stays out of our student researcher’s choice. Every year, they comb the city keeping their ear to the ground with their friends and fellow students, to find out which spots are known and popular with their colleagues. None of the addresses in the guide know beforehand whether or not they’re appearing in our edition, and obviously none of them have been paying to do so.

THE TEAM’S TIP!

“There’s no better way to embark on your adventure in Antwerp than starting off with one of the seven walkabouts from our Antwerp Student Guide! They all take about one hour and before you know it, you’ll feel like a true local.”

The Antwerp Student Guide is written by our fantastic editorial team.

In addition, our fixed staff Annelies, Hanne and Malu also know the guide by heart.
