Home is where the… is (III)

Some blank walls, a small bed and a desk. Admittedly in it’s basic form a student room doesn’t exactly scream homeliness. Considering you’ll spend quite some time in this little room of yours, it wouldn’t hurt to liven it up. So how do you, without major renovations, turn this space into a home away from home? We asked four students for their tips and tricks.

Today’s tips are from: Anja Erasmus student.

“It was pretty challenging finding a good student room. But the place I have now is absolutely perfect. Even though I’m only staying for a couple of months, I still wanted it to feel als cosy as possible. Obviously I couldn’t bring anything all to big with me from Slovenia. Only stuff that fitted in my suitcase.  So I just took everything I had up on my wall at home and hung it here. It’s mostly setlists and tickets from the shows I’ve been to. ”
